State Police: New Mexico man arrested for DWI for 8th time

ALGODONES, N.M. (AP) – Authorities say an Algodones man has been arrested for DWI for the eighth time.
New Mexico State Police say 75-year-old Jimmy Baldonado has been booked into the Sandoval County Detention Center on suspicion of DWI, possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and a registration violation.
They say a uniformed police officer conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation last Thursday in Algodones and Baldonado handed the officer an expired, void driver
