State Police issue warning on travel

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – New Mexico State Police have issued a warning concerning statewide travel.
State Police said on Sunday that numerous roads are closed due to extreme weather and that some motorists have driven past road closure barricades. State Police are warning that bypassing these barricades is illegal and in some instances life-threatening. Closed roads are not maintained by the New Mexico Department of Transportation and State Police will not be patrolling these roads for strande
