State Police IDs officers in deadly shooting

SOCORRO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – State Police has released the names of the officers involved in a deadly shooting on I-25.
According to State Police, officer Francis Alguire, Jose Carlos, and Socorro County Sheriff William Armijo were attempting to stop 25-year-old Angel Daniel Navarro on May 26, 2016. Police say Navarro was in a stolen SUV and connected to an armed robbery that happened in Albuquerque earlier that day. It stopped in the middle of the southbound lanes after a 12-mile ch
