Speeding suspect arrested after traffic stop

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)– A speeding suspect is looking at a lot more than just a traffic ticket.
According to a criminal complaint Derek Geroux was going 72 in a 30 mile per hour zone on Coal Avenue. Police say when they tried to stop him he turned onto a side street and then onto Lead heading the wrong way on the one way street.
Officers say he was driving drunk with a revoked license and already has another pending DWI case.
