Specialty tequila bar opens in downtown Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) –  Once known as the Stereo Bar, it’s now transformed into Mezcal, an open patio bar serving more than 80 high-end tequilas.
“We’re just trying to provide a concept that would keep people excited and bring people downtown,” said Mezcal Owner, Emiliano Vasquez.
Vasquez said since taking over the building in 2014, he’s watched downtown change quickly.
“Now that we’ve seen a couple more breweries open up, the demographic
