Silver Alert issued for missing Las Cruces man

LAS CRUCES (KRQE) – Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Las Cruces man.
According to Las Cruces Police, 78-year-old Ismael Ortiz-Melendez was last seen February 9, 2016 in Las Cruces.
Ortiz-Melendez is 5’8″ and weighs 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
