Sheriff: Escaped inmate found dead from self-inflicted gunshot wound

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – After searching for about 12 hours, the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department said deputies found the escaped inmate Wednesday night at a home in Mountainair. Officials say 48-year-old Larry Dohrn killed himself prior to law enforcement’s arrival. SWAT deputies found him deceased with a self-inflicted gunshot wound after arriving on scene.
