Shady Lakes to officially close on October 30

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A local attraction known for fishing will officially be closing its doors next week. The owners of Shady Lakes say they hope it’s not the last time people can come visit.
Fred Muehlmeyer has been coming to Shady Lakes for 24 years with his family. Unfortunately, this weekend was their last visit before it closes.
