Severe Thunderstorm, Tornado Warnings issued throughout New Mexico

 
NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The National Weather Service has issued multiple Tornado Warnings throughout New Mexico Thursday.
The first Tornado Warning was issued for southwestern Chaves County in southeastern New Mexico between 2 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.
About an hour later, a Tornado Warning was issued for Eddy County until 4:45 p.m. Residents in Hope, New Mexico were advised to seek shelter after a tornado touchdown was spotted.
