Senator seeks investigation into CYFD after Martens’ death

It was a case that had many around the state reeling: 10-year-old Victoria Martens’ gruesome murder. Now a New Mexico state senator is calling on the attorney general to investigate CYFD to see if the department dropped the ball in her case.
