Scooter rider hospitalized after crash; APD looking for driver

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department (APD) is investigating a crash. It happened on Friday evening.APD reported a scooter rider was hit by a dark sedan at Central Avenue and Broadway Boulevard NE just before 10 p.m.The sedan was heading north on Broadway, hit the rider in the intersection, and drove out of the area. The rider was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
