Santa Fe police search for suspects in armed robbery

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Santa Fe Police Department is currently investigating an armed robbery at the Motel 6 on Cerrillos Road.
Police say they responded to a call around 6:27 p.m. on Saturday of two men carrying a firearm attempting to force their way into one of the occupied motel rooms. The two men grabbed items within the room and fled on foot. A woman who was waiting for them in a getaway vehicle exited the car and also fled on foot.
