Santa Fe police investigating possible explosive device

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – Santa Fe police are asking people to avoid the 300 block of Read Street due to a possible explosive device.
The Santa Fe Police Department says the threat could also impact Rail Runner service and District Court. Police say Read Street, and nearby Guadalupe and Manhattan Street are also closed.
SFPD says number of business have been closed and home evacuated while officers investigate.
No further information is available.
