Santa Fe judge who presided over 'Rust' case announces retirement

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – A Santa Fe judge who recently presided over two of New Mexico's most high-profile cases will soon be stepping down.Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer will retire at the end of May after 15 years in the First Judicial District Court.
