Santa Fe elementary teacher on leave after reportedly duct taping student’s mouths

SANTA FE (KRQE) – A Santa Fe elementary school teacher is on leave after disturbing allegations.
The incident reportedly happened on Monday and involved a fifth grade teacher at Cesar Chavez Elementary putting duct tape over the mouths of several students.
The school district sent letters home to parents Tuesday notifying them of the allegations. Some parents are concerned.
