Sandia Labs to conduct controlled explosive test at Kirtland Air Force Base

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Sandia National Laboratories are conducting some controlled explosive tests Thursday.
Some residents could hear an explosion associated with their experiment at the Rocket Sled Trac Facility on Kirtland Air Force Base. There might also be some black smoke or dust.
The test will take place sometime Thursday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
