Runner struck by car in northeast Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A runner is in critical condition after being hit by a car near Montgomery and Carlisle overnight.
Police aren’t releasing the names of anyone involved but say, neither alcohol or speed, appear to be a factor.
Investigators say the runner was struck while crossing Montgomery they didn’t say if that person was in a cross walk.
