Ruidoso Municipal Schools cancel Tuesday classes due to wildfire

RUIDOSO, N.M. (KRQE) – Crews are battling a fire in Ruidoso that began Monday afternoon into the evening.
Aircraft support are working to aid the fire efforts and fire officials say several successful air drops.
Fire officials say the fire is burning on Lupine Loop on Moon Mountain. Officials say the wind is blowing the fire away from the town but they are taking many precautions for residents.
