Ruidoso leaders speak on damage caused by wildfires and flooding

RUIDOSO, N.M. (KRQE) – Getting a clearer picture of the damage caused by historic wildfires near Ruidoso this summer, local business and government leaders gave lawmakers an earful on Wednesday.
