Road rage victim: Albuquerque needs harsher penalties for violent crimes
ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – An Albuquerque driver involved in a road rage incident was facing up to a dozen years in prison, but he only spent two days behind bars.
The victim in the case says someone needs to send a tougher message before Albuquerque has another Lilly Garcia incident.
“I hit the gas and I heard a pop,” said the victim who does not want to be identified.
The pop was the sound of a gunshot.
