Road rage shooting suspect appears in court

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The man accused in a road rage shooting outside an Albuquerque elementary school made his first court appearance.
28-year-old Vincent Lobato is accused of following a couple, who was heading to Sierra Vista Elementary School to pick up their child, and firing several rounds at their SUV outside the school.
In court Friday, Lobato argued that he’s a married father with a job and no real criminal history, so he should be let out of jail.
