Rio Rancho water restrictions to begin in April

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Rio Rancho will soon begin outdoor water restrictions.
Starting April 1, residents within the city limits will not be allowed to water lawns between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Those caught violating the restrictions will face fines up to $300.
The restrictions will run through October.
