Rio Rancho no-kill shelter celebrates National Pet Adoption Weekend

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) — Watermelon Ranch is promoting the upcoming National Pet Adoption Weekend by introducing “Mitten,” an adoptable long-haired chihuahua, to KRQE viewers.
