Rio Rancho man ordered to turn over guns after shooting incident

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – A Rio Rancho man who was taken into custody last week after firing nearly a thousand rounds of ammo in the air has been ordered to turn over any firearms he owns.
