Rio Rancho, Albuquerque’s west side recovering from winter storm

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The icy roads Friday morning were no match for many drivers, and a lot of activity happened near Coors Boulevard and Paseo del Norte.
It was a close call for a KRQE News 13 crew who almost got hit by a driver who was having trouble merging onto Coors Boulevard from a gas station. After the incident, the driver said he was giving up and going home.
