Rio Arriba county commissioner, school board member facing charges

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – An Española Schools board member and Rio Arriba County Commissioner is facing charges after getting into an accident back in October. Rio Arriba County sheriff's deputies responded to a crash on Forest Road late at night on October 13.That's where they found Brandon Bustos's truck but he was nowhere to be found.
