Review board suggests Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office shouldn't do 'On Patrol' TV show

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office Advisory and Review Board released an annual report to the department. In it, they recommend some things, but one of them stands out above the rest.
