Retired judge to hear ex-Gov. Richardson’s hit-and-run case

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The hit-and-run case involving former Governor Bill Richardson can now move forward.
Retired Judge Stephen Pfeffer has been assigned to the case.
Richardson is charged with following too closely and failing to report an accident after a January rear end crash in Santa Fe.
While Richardson claims he didn’t even realize he had hit someone, witnesses say it was enough to push the other car into the intersection.
