Residents prepare for Luminaria Tour

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Homeowners and volunteers are getting homes ready for Albuquerque’s Luminaria Tour.
Residents and volunteers are carefully laying out paper bags filled candles and sand.
They’ve been at it since 6:00 am Thursday morning and don’t plan on finishing until five o’clock.
Thousands of luminarias are expected to line driveways and sidewalks in parts of Old Town, Country Club and other neighborhoods.
