Repeat DWI offender arrested in her own driveway for driving drunk

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – She was caught driving drunk in her own driveway after a convenience store clerk called deputies on her. This isn’t that driver’s first run in with the law and it’s not her first DWI either.
Bernalillo County Deputies say 35-year-old Jane Chavez was at a Circle K in the South Valley on Tuesday night trying to buy booze. But the clerk refused to sell it to her because she says Chavez was already drunk.
