Protest at UNM addresses gun ban on campus

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Protesters gathered on the University of New Mexico campus on Monday, angry over a decision to ban stun guns on campus.
“Change has to come to the University of New Mexico,” said one protester.Students are protesting a decision by student government to keep the ban in place, despite a petition asking them to reconsider.
Students concerned about the rash of gropings say it’s a student’s right to protect themselves.
