Prosecutors protest release of Alamogordo shooting suspect

ALAMOGORDO, N.M. (AP) – Prosecutors are objecting to the release on bail of a man charged in a double-killing in Alamogordo.
The Alamogordo Daily News reports that Otero County’s 12th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is expected to file a motion asking that conditions be placed on 34-year-old Terrick Thompkins’ release.
