Proposal would change who investigates Albuquerque's officer-involved shooting

It might come as a surprise to know investigations into deadly officer-involved shootings at the Albuquerque Police Department are investigated by the department's own detectives. A city councilor is fighting to change that policy, and the department and its officers' union are fighting back.
