Possible active shooter prank at Albuquerque Job Corps prompts lockdown

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A radio call was received Tuesday morning giving the code for an active shooter from Job Corps in Albuquerque. The building was locked down and police were called in, but when they got there they found no gunman and no gunshots.
Police are trying to figure out who made the call and why. The call scared people at the Job Corps Center and also set off a firestorm on social media. Some posts were even claiming that people were shot, which was not the case.
