Popular Bosque bike path to close temporarily

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – This weekend may be the last chance for cyclists to catch the fall leaves along the Rio Grande. That’s because city is temporarily closing the popular bike path.
Starting on Monday, city crews are cleaning up debris along the Paseo del Bosque recreational trail. City officials are prohibiting cyclists and joggers from entering the area. They say it’s for safety reasons.
The work should be done later this month.
