Police: Wrong way driver was three times the legal limit

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – A wrong-way driver was caught on camera traveling 40 miles per hour on the interstate while police try to pull him over multiple times.
It happened on January 4 when State Police started searching for a wrong-way driver during rush hour on Interstate 10, just east of Deming.
Once officers spotted the van, they sped up and pursued the vehicle from the eastbound lanes. The van swerved in-and-out of lanes, forcing on-coming traffic to drive on the shoulder of the interst
