Police: Sister charged with helping escaped inmate

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The sister of one of the inmates who escaped from a prisoner transport van last week has been charged with helping him escape.
According to State Police, 38-year-old Olivia Cruz was served with a warrant for helping her brother Joseph Cruz.
State Police say Olivia was in contact with her brother the day after he escaped and tried to find a place for him to stay. Officials also say Olivia harbored her brother at an apartment in the same apartment complex where Lionel Cl
