Police shooting suspect facing federal charges

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – The suspect in the shooting of an Albuquerque Police Officer on Wednesday night is now facing federal charges from the incident. Detectives say 34-year old Davon Lymon shot the officer while being placed under arrest after a traffic stop in Southeast Albuquerque.
