Police Oversight Board calls emergency meeting about altering evidence claims

The Police Oversight Board held an emergency meeting Wednesday evening for the first time since the Albuquerque Police Department was accused of doctoring evidence. The civilian board expressed its deep concern about the possibility that APD rank and file may be deleting or altering video.
