Police: New Mexico man arrested after attempted murder

FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) – A Farmington man is behind bars after police say he attempted to murder someone.
It happened on Friday at about 2:44 a.m. when police arrived to the scene of a shooting. Police say they found a 59-year-old man shot multiple times at the scene. That man was then taken to the hospital.
Investigators later identified Marcus McGee, 41, as the suspect. McGee was booked and charged for attempted second-degree murder after police found him in his Farmington home.
