Police issue missing, endangered person alert for 83-year-old man

SANTA FE (KRQE) – Santa Fe police have issued a missing and endangered person alert for 83-year-old Jose Chavez, pictured above.
Police say Chavez walked away from his home near Old Taos Highway around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Chavez is 5-feet-6-inches tall and 175 pounds. He is described as having grey hair, and wears prescription glasses. He was last seen wearing a beige jacket, a green and white plaid shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
