Police issue arrest warrant for suspect in fatal Albuquerque stabbing

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Police are searching for a man believed to be connected to the murder of an Albuquerque man earlier this month.The Albuquerque Police Department says investigators are trying to find Alejandro Alvarado in connection to the murder of Manuel Puentes. Police say it happened on the 400 block of Arizona SE. When officers got there, they found 29-year-old Puentes with multiple stab wounds. He was taken to the hospital but later died from his injuries.
