Police investigating early morning stabbing

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Albuquerque Police are investigating a stabbing that took place early Saturday morning.
APD responded to a call on the 1500 block of Soplo Rd SE at about 5:00 a.m. Saturday morning in reference to a stabbing call.
Information is limited, but police say the adult male victim was transported to the hospital with stab wounds after he attempted to stop an auto burglary on his property. The male later died at the hospital.
