Police identify man killed in Santa Fe officer-involved shooting

SANTA FE (KRQE) – State police are releasing more information about a deadly police shooting that happened in Santa Fe last week.
This was the crime scene at the Motel 6 on Cerrillos Road. State police say the Santa Fe Police spotted a man there named 31-year-old Herman Flores.  Flores matched the description of a suspect who had just held up a nearby Wal-Mart at gunpoint.
Investigators say shots were fired when officers found Flores but they are not saying who fired first.
