Police ID those killed in southwest Albuquerque crash

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Police have released the identities of the people who were killed in a crash in southwest Albuquerque.
It happened at Coors and Tower after and Albuquerque Police officer heading in the opposite direction saw a pickup blow through a stop sign before the crash and turned around to conduct a traffic stop.
APD says the officer was unable to stop the truck before it ran a red light and hit another vehicle. Both drivers were killed in the crash.
