Police: Driver ‘extremely intoxicated’ during fatal crash

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Police were on the scene of a crash early Sunday morning.
They say a driver on I-25 Frontage Road, approaching I-40 Frontage Road, ran a red light and struck another vehicle on I-40 Frontage with three people in it.
Two of the victims died after the crash from injuries and one other was taken to the hospital in critical condition who also later died from injuries. Those victims are not being identified at this time; they were all in their 20’s, according to polic
