Police arrest, charge man for aggravated burglary

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) – Police say Diego Tijernia punched a woman in the face after she found him inside her home.
It happened in a neighborhood near 98th and Sage on Friday. The victim says Tijerina hit her garage door before taking off.
She called police and told them he was driving a Jeep.
Police soon found the vehicle with visible damage.
But investigators say Tijerina sped off again, almost causing a crash.
He was later arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and eluding polic
