Plans to re-zone Club Rio Rancho move forward

RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – Plans to re-zone Club Rio Rancho are set to move forward in May so that a developer can begin construction on some new homes.
Over the weekend, Pulte Homes presented its new plan for the old golf course to residents. The company decided to build 145 homes instead of the 180 originally planned, and split the land into three lots.
