ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – On Saturday, August 15, those who knew Kenneth Reiss gathered in front of Carraro’s & Joe’s Place in Albuquerque to pay their respects. Reiss was killed in an officer-involved shooting earlier this week.
