Pair arrested after causing two crashes in southwest Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Two people are in custody after causing two crashes while running from deputies.
Deputies say they spotted a stolen car south of Rio Bravo on Second Street. As they got closer to the vehicle the driver fled, hitting a motorcycle.
The driver didn’t stop there, crashing into a truck farther down Second Street. The chase ended there, and the suspects were arrested.
Deputies say both the motorcyclist and the truck driver are expected to recover.
